In this short blog, I am going to cover how to create a drop a RAC Database using dbca in silent mode.
Step 1
Set the environment to the instance you want to work on (.oraenv)
i. Find out unique name of database
show parameter unique in sqlplus
ii. Also see registered name in cluster
srvctl config database
Step 2
Drop the database in silent mode
dbca -silent -deleteDatabase -sourceDB PRBRM
Enter SYS user password:
Connecting to database

14% complete

Look at the log file "/u01/app/oracle/cfgtoollogs/dbca/PRBRM.log" for further details.
Optionally when dropping the database you have the option to de-register from cloud control without doing additional work on Cloud Control
The command is -deRegisterEMCloudControl
The complete help for delete database is as below.
