OEM 13cR2 - Catalog Updation (Manual)

 Download Catalog File -  https://updates.oracle.com/Orion/Download/download_patch/p9348486_112000_Generic.zip

(Set Enterprise Manager Cloud Control to Offline Mode. To do so, follow these steps.
    From the Setup menu, select Provisioning and Patching, then select Offline Patching.
   In the Online and Offline Settings tab, select Offline)

    Go to Setup Menu => Extensibility => Self Update => Check for updates you will get the URL to download

Import the Catalog in OEM  using emcli utility

Successfully uploaded the Self Update catalog to Enterprise Manager. Use the Self Update Console to view and manage updates.
