In this blog I talk about creating Compute Instance or VM in Oracle Cloud.
This assumes that you have already created Ssh Key and VCN for your network. You can refer to my KB blog on Oracle for more details on these.
Step 1 - Click on Compute --> instances.
Step 2 - Click on Create Instance
Step 3 - Provide details of Instance
Step 4 - Must tick - Assign Public IP to access this instance over Public Internet.
Step 5 - Click on Create Instance.
Step 6 - Instance comes to provisioning state - wait till the instance status is provisioned.
Step 7 - Find out the Public IP address from Information page of the instance.
